- To bestow the competent and ethically sound Pharmacy Professionals to cater the needs of the society To empower the students with Pharma knowledge, skills, and timeless values thereby enabling them to provide better healthcare solutions while upholding the safety and wellbeing of the society. Extracurricular & co-curricular activities Every year, Industrial Visits are arranged for every class to have a look at the working and functioning of the industries. The visits arranged to the industries like Ayush Herbaceuticals Ltd. Jejuri, Ayurvediya Arkashala Itd. Satara.
- Sports Week and Annual Social Gathering are celebrated to encourage the students to have stage courage and organizing skills.
- A visit is arranged for second year B.Pharm students to Increase the awareness about Environmental Sciences. Medicinal Plant Garden visits are also arranged to study the medicinal plants which are not available in the College garden.
- Students are encouraged to participate various intercollegiate competitions like VIGOR, VERVE, and PHARMAQUIZ etc. College has a good reputation in DBATU University about the success of our students in the above mentioned events.
- The students are also encouraged to participate in various National conferences for Oral and Poster presentations. Besides the regular seminars, workshops and allied academic schedule, the college invites guest faculty from the industry and healthcare services to share their views and experiences with students.

Master of Pharmacy
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is a Postgraduate degree course in the field of Pharmacy education. The students those are interested in the medical field (except to become a doctor) can choose this course after the completion of their graduation in Pharmacy (B.Pharm). We at Navsahyadri offer two specialization in master degree. Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology.
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is an undergraduate degree course in the field of Pharmacy education. The students who are interested in the medical field (except to become a doctor) can choose this course after the completion of class 12th (PCM/B). After the completion of this degree, the students can practice as a Pharmacist. Pharmacists can work in a range of industries related to the prescription, manufacturing & provision of medicines. The duration of this course is 4 years. The B.Pharm is one of the popular job oriented course among the science students after class 12th. In this course the students study about the drugs and medicines, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Medicinal Chemistry etc. This course provides a large no, of job opportunities in both the public and private sector,
